Steak (PHP

 per plate) – a minimum cut of 300 grams tender and butter pan seared Angus rib eye steak seasoned with thyme and garlic and cooked in olive oil

Sea Bass (PHP $$$$  per plate) – pan fried sea bass seasoned with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, seared with capers and garnished with slices of lemon

Salmon (PHP $$$$ per plate) – perfectly seasoned salmon pan seared in olive oil

PASTA

Prawn Pasta (PHP $$$$ per plate) – 500 grams of prawns sautéed in olive oil with garlic, Rosemary, parsley and white wine. Seasoned to perfection and served with Parmesan Cheese on the side.

Pork Adobo Pasta (PHP $$$$ per plate) – infused with adobo sauce topped with lean pork adobo
